We were selling our home on a very tight schedule due to my husband being transferred to another state for his job. Not only did Ms. Fliger carefully go through each step of the selling process with us; she actually spent many hours at our home helping us to purge, repair, and prepare the house for staging. This was a major undertaking due to our living in the residence for over twenty years, being lack luster about house work, and collecting lots of unnecessary junk!

By knowing the Riverside area and surrounding communities so well, Ms. Fliger was able to assist us in locating professionals for any and all the needed repairs, including: junk removal, interior painting, an emergency tree removal (it fell on the house two days before our first showing was scheduled), and cleaning out our basement. Then, she showed her organizing genius by staging our entire house!

When my uncle passed suddenly Dorene was amazing in helping us from the beginning on what to do with his condo! She was an amazing person to have in our corner through the entire process.
